Business telecoms

Broadband, phone lines and mobiles, compared the same way we compare energy: across several providers, with the full cost laid out.

The copper phone network is being switched off

The UK’s old analogue phone network, including ISDN lines, is being retired, with Openreach aiming to finish by January 2027. Calls will run over internet connections instead.

If your business still relies on traditional lines, it’s worth planning now. It’s not just phones: card machines, alarms, lift lines and franking machines can depend on them too. We’ll help you work out what needs to move and find a sensible replacement.

What we compare

  • Business broadband: fibre and full-fibre connections sized for how your team actually works.
  • Phone lines and phone systems: from a single line to multi-line setups, including internet-based (VoIP) phone systems.
  • Business mobiles: single handsets or a whole fleet, on fixed or flexible plans.

Why it pays to check

Telecoms contracts tend to roll on long after their best-before date, often with price rises built in each year. A quick review usually finds lines you no longer use and plans that no longer fit.
